Caramel Pecan Sauce


This sauce makes a great holiday gift!


  • 4 oz butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 heavy cream
  • 3/4 c. rough chopped pecans


In small pan, melt butter with brown sugar. Stir well and add heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened, 5 minutes. Let cool and stir in pecans. Makes 1/2 cup.
